NOW THEY'RE SAYING NO ORDER NUMBER? I got this straight from my account on their site: 9398771, dated 5 Mar 2019. I ordered the Globalmediapro VHD-V630 HD-SDI, HDMI, IP PTZ Video Camera... Status: Goods shipped. Just wait up to 24 hours for the tracking info to show up. Maybe they don’t understand what order and shipment numbers are, but the shipment number is CS932098. I swear it’s right from their site. This has nothing to do with any other area. They claimed the value of the goods was $38, but when it arrived, I had to declare the actual value of $938. That’s fraud, plain and simple. Any customs in any country would hit you hard for that. Now they’re pointing fingers at another country? Warning: Globalmedia Pro has NO, I repeat, NO backup service. If anything goes wrong, they just ignore you completely. You won’t get any assistance. Your cash is down the drain. Sure, they send you what you ordered, but if there’s a hiccup? Forget it. You’re taking a gamble when you shop with them. So steer clear of Globalmedia Pro at all costs. Reference order 9398771. I had a few orders go smoothly, but now I’m out over $700, and Globalmedia Pro has been silent since my first message about the issue. No help whatsoever. I’ve sent at least 10 messages, emails, you name it. No response or support. It’s useless. Total frustration. I’ll keep bringing this up until they reach out to sort something out because I’ve been forced by law to pay the penalty or risk having my goods taken away, plus facing criminal charges. Is that acceptable? I don’t think so. If they get in touch with some sort of agreement and reimburse me for the penalties, I’ll stop complaining and take down my reviews. Bottom line: I feel like I’ve been set up by Globalmediapro and had to pay the price. Just a heads up. The unfortunate part is their prices are fantastic, and the products are solid. I’ve had no issues with any item so far. But help from them? Nada.

I recently bought a monitor from Globalmediapro. It showed up in pristine shape, really quick and smooth. I'm quite impressed.

I ended up losing a $20,000 project with my client because we needed 4 Panasonic AG AC 30 Cameras. I searched high and low, but there was a stock shortage for the PAL version. Eventually, I found them at globalmediapro. I inquired on March 28 about their stock, and they confirmed they had it. We then sent a wire transfer of $5,714, as they promised delivery in 4-5 days. At first, everything seemed fine. However, after four days, they claimed they received the payment and would ship it soon, saying they’d notify us when it was on its way. Time was running out, but two days passed with no updates. I then discovered this site and expressed my frustration about their slow processing and lack of communication. Out of the blue, I got an email asking me to take down my review, and they canceled my order without any explanation. They said they would refund my money, and after two days, I received a refund, but it was only $5,659—losing $55 in the process. Plus, I lost the $20,000 project, totaling a loss of $20,055. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered from an online seller.

Seriously, don’t trust them...
